Referral Scheme

Wellington Professional Recruitment is dedicated to providing quality personnel to UK and Irish Industry. In order to help us further achieve our high standards and to provide a continuous supply of suitable Candidates for our vacancies, we have decided to implement a referral scheme, so as to reward our network of professional staff who provide us with details of Candidates who we place in the future.

Our current referral fee is £100

Eligibility for our referral scheme is as follows:

• Referred Candidates must be new to Wellington Professional Recruitment and not currently on our database.
• Permission must be granted from the relevant Candidate before their details are submitted.
• The referral fee will be paid by cheque, and only after successful completion of the probationary period set by the company.
• One successful candidate = one fee. Any future placements with the same Candidate do not apply.
• There is no limit to the amount of referrals an individual can make (above Conditions applicable).
